Kasoko.com provides cloud software for businesses and shoppers, including point-of-sale (POS), inventory and accounting management, purchase order tools, an online marketplace directory, payment collection links, and customer communication tools.

3. User & Merchant Responsibilities

• Merchants are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, safety, and fulfillment of products and services listed or sold through their accounts.
• Users and merchants utilizing integrated messaging tools (such as email, SMS, or WhatsApp) must comply with applicable telecommunications laws and messaging policies, including obtaining appropriate consent and honoring opt-out requests.
• Buyers agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details and complete authorized payments for confirmed orders.

4. Payments & Settlements

Payments initiated through the Services are processed through licensed third-party payment providers. Refunds, returns, and order disputes are governed by the respective merchant’s store policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mursal Technologies Limited provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
